About me:
Greetings! I'm Shadi Farahzadi (pronounced "Shaadi"), a Tenure Track Fellow in Economics at the University of Liverpool Management School — a research-intensive academic role on a pathway to a permanent Assistant Professorship. I'm also an Associate at the Centre for Economic Performance (CEP). I completed my PhD in Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2024.
My primary research interest is in labor economics, specifically focusing on marriage, migration, and ethnicity. I study the integration of ethnic minorities and the role of marriage and family in shaping this process.
You can find my CV here.
